Avoid anything that doesn’t bring God glory. Guard your eyes and ears. Don’t allow lust, pride, envy, jealousy, etc. to incubate in your heart. Remain focused on what’s pure and excellent. I’m praying for you. Don’t give in. #bedcheck
Don’t submit to temptation. The momentary pleasures of this world do not compare to the riches of eternity. Denying temptation could mean that you have to discontinue some relationships, turn off your cell phone, unplug the television, close your laptop and/or stay out the kitchen. Do whatever you have to do. Don’t allow for your end to be destruction, your god to be your belly and your glory be filled with shame. It’s true that the belly is the god for some. For others, their god has moved south of the belly. Think with the head on your shoulders and keep your legs closed. You’re not cattle so stop following the herd. Stay focused on Christ and don’t turn away from Him. This is our #bedcheck.
If you’re going to run it, run it like a boss!!!! Make a lifestyle change instead of trying to “lose” weight. The concept of “losing” weight comes with the idea that you could potentially “find” it later on. Discipline in the gym is defeated by overconsumption in the kitchen. Trash in; trash out. Be encouraged to get healthy in every area of your life today. Lets encourage one another. It’s difficult to go into all the world when you’re loaded down with pharmaceutical drugs and attached to machines. Lets do this!
Got a proof of the new edition to my first book, So, You Want to be Married. I had it totally remastered. I also added a new chapter that focuses on the importance of abstaining until marriage. I end the book with over 100 questions that the reader can ask to his/her potential spouse. @heatherllove and I asked each other those questions before we got married. The book is discounted at www.soyouwanttobemarried.com. Simply insert code 32KWT5QJ to receive the discount.
